Company Strength : 100+ (Full Time REMOTE) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Lead (CMMI)to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of CMMI Level 3 processes. This role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring process improvements to ensure compliance and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Lead CMMI Implementation : Oversee the successful implementation and maintenance of CMMI Level 3 processes, including planning, execution, and evaluation of process improvements. Maintain ISO Certifications : Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) standards through regular audits, documentation, and training. Process Improvement : Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness, productivity, and quality. Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality management standards and best practices. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all quality and process improvement activities and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience with CMMI Level 3 implementation. Proven experience in quality management and process improvement, including maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Working Days : Monday - Friday Work Mode : Onsite or Hybrid
Experience : 10+years Provident Fund Paid leaves, IPD and OPD for employees, spouses, kids, and parents, Education and training assistance, Leave encashment, and Annual bonus. There will also be a commission, but the amount or rate is yet to be confirmed.
