About the Role

We are looking for a PPC & Meta Ads Specialist who can plan and manage paid ads that bring customers, not just traffic. If you love numbers, testing ideas, and improving performance, this job is for you.

What You’ll Do :

• Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
• Improve campaign results by focusing on sales, leads, and ROI.
• Do keyword research to find what your audience is searching for.
• Run A / B tests to compare ads and find what works best.
• Analyze performance data and suggest ways to improve campaigns.
• Work with the design and content team to create strong and engaging ad visuals.
• Report campaign results and key insights to the marketing manager.
