Truck Dispatcher / CSR

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while effectively managing the dispatching of our fleet of trucks. This position is remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process. Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions. Job Specification

Requirements : Previous experience in customer service and / or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry. Excellent

English communication skills,

both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
