Manager - Computer Department . Job Duties

Research laptops, computers, servers, accessories, components related products, and keep the category updated. List all computing-related products on the website and keep the website updated with available inventory. Find local and international computer / laptop related products’ prices and vendors. Maintain healthy business relationships with vendors. Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, including quoting products fitting their budget. Guide customers about products' technicalities. Quote prices for products customers want to sell back to HSN under an exchange facility. Handle callback requests from customers and price-beating policy requests, maintaining competitive pricing while ensuring profit margins. Introduce latest products on the website as soon as they launch locally or internationally. Respond to customer queries via comments, video calls, audio calls, and chat. Update prices daily from local and international vendors. Introduce new vendors locally and in the UAE. Coordinate with the Purchase department on daily purchases and check product quality before shipping. Job Specification

Skills : Deep knowledge of computer hardware. Ability to provide technical support with clear reasoning. Familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware / software issues. Ability to assemble / disassemble computers, laptops, and servers. Stay updated with latest standards and trends in the Computer Department. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information. Work efficiently, ethically, and productively. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Excellent English and Urdu communication skills. Active, energetic, sharp, and fast. Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree. Working hours : 10 : 00 am - 8 : 00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Location : Business Supplies and Equipment, Karachi, Pakistan.
