Working directly with their CRO to hire a Principle Customer Success Operations professional to manage all things post sales ops.
Having just received multi-million funding, they’re scaling the GTM across EMEA rapidly.
What you’ll do
- Build and develop the post sales revenue framework
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Service, and Support
- You design playbooks and workflows to optimise renewals, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities
- Implement AI tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Mentor junior ops team members
