Overview

Senior Manager - Finance (Mashreq Global Network Pakistan). Responsible for overseeing statutory and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with critical requirements that significantly impact the company. Ensure the timely closure of monthly MGN Financials, prepare the monthly financial deck, and oversee the migration to Oracle ERP while maintaining continuity of MGN Financials. Ensure strict financial discipline by adhering to the company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Validation of monthly financial statements prepared by external accountants and report to management on monthly financial performance and other related reports.
• Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances including corporate taxes, sales taxes and other relevant legislation.
• Liaise with auditors for completion of statutory, internal and group audits.
• Validate data accuracy for MGN in OFSSA, MicroStrategy and other automation tools.
• Monitor the cash flow requirements of the company and arrange for necessary funds.
• Participate in various committees and discussions involving financial matters.
• Focus on regulatory, control and audit requirements.
• Review purchase orders for various taxes and budget availability.
• Provide financial analysis on an ad hoc basis if required.
• Interact with internal employees, external partners, vendors and other related parties.
• Assist management in providing all required financial information.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks within the job function, balancing the need to meet tight deadlines and other organizational demands.
