Head of HR

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The position demands leadership, strategic HR planning, and the ability to implement modern HR practices that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company vision and objectives

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management efforts

Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives

Oversee performance appraisals and organizational development plans

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR matters

Required Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
