We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 1.5+ years of experience driving organic growth across major social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to leverage content trends and hacks to boost reach, engagement, and community growth — without relying solely on paid ads.
You’ll be responsible for managing our brand presence, creating engaging content, maintaining posting consistency, and tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day‑to‑day posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a detailed social content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Create and / or collaborate on high‑performing content — posts, reels, stories, and short‑form videos.
- Leverage social media growth hacks, algorithm insights, and trend analysis to optimize organic reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and continuously test and refine content strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- (Bonus) Lead or mentor junior team members to elevate content and strategy execution.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on social media management experience for brands, agencies, or creators.Proven track record of organic audience growth and engagement improvement.Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trending formats, and best posting practices.Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.Experience with scheduling, analytics, and planning tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)
