Social Media Manager

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. Manage and create content calendars for social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with marketing goals. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with social media campaigns. Optimize content for SEO to enhance the visibility of the organizations website and social media pages. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content. Requirements : 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools and analytics. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications : Bachelors degree / diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content management. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
