Automotive Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities in the Dubai branch of Nafay Motors. Coordinate with various departments such as sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operation processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability. Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance and suggest improvements. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Job Specification

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management in the automotive industry. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record in process improvement and optimizing operational efficiency. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
