Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan for the preventive maintenance for production & utilities.
• Execute all corrective maintenance for production machines and utility units.
• Perform factory acceptance tests for new machines, including installation and commissioning.
• Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules.
• Ensure that staff is trained in complex maintenance activities, following standard operating procedures, and responding to emergencies as requested.
• Direct the work of staff and utilization of resources to ensure effective repair and safety of the community.
• Manage the Mechanical section (i.e., installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment).
• Maintain an inventory of essential parts and equipment.
• Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain and update all related records, files, maps, and documents.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance in all activities at the plant.
