Senior Engineering Manager

A highly-skilled Senior Software Manager is required with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 8 years to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities

Passionate about Software Development with a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new emerging technologies. Facilitate technology and decision-making throughout the team, including standardization of system architecture, reusable code base development, adoption of software tools, best practices, and deployment processes. Plan for team growth considering the blend / level of skills required within the team. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Lead and oversee all technical quotes, analysis, and specifications to ensure they are complete and accurate. Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top-quality written specifications, engineering strategy, and implementation. Facilitate the smooth delivery of engineering deliverables. Take control over critical support instances and implement the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issues as soon as possible. Identify and implement technology trends that will support the future success of the organization. Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage, and provide progress on all software development activities. Stay aware of the latest data protection and security threats and ensure we mitigate these risks against known industry standards.
