What You'll Be Doing : The Core of the Role : You are the remote anchor ensuring our executives operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise will cover :

Executive Calendar Mastery : Own complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and time management.

Flawless Travel Planning : Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, detailed itineraries).

Professional Communication : Draft, edit, and manage high-level email correspondence and internal communications.

Project & Task Management : Proactively track administrative tasks, deadlines, and project milestones.

Document & Presentation Prep : Create, format, and organize critical reports, presentations, and confidential files.

Discreet Confidentiality : Handle all sensitive company and executive information with absolute discretion.

What You'll Bring : Your Qualifications

Experience : At least 6 months of dedicated experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level administrative support role.

Mindset : Independent, highly reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.

Tech Fluency : Expert use of calendar and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and general remote work platforms.

Communication : Exceptional, professional, and clear written and verbal skills.

Availability : Must be able to work full-time (40 hours / week) during standard US business hours.
