We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in technical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical roles, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, designers, IT specialists).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support other HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Job Specification
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Up to 1 year of proven experience in technical recruitment.Strong understanding of IT / technical job profiles and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job portals, etc.).Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.What We Offer
