Identify and recruit users who meet the program’s criteria and onboard them effectively. Leverage AI tools to guide testers through tasks and resolve issues, ensuring scalable support with minimal manual intervention. Analyze data weekly to assess tester performance and recommend program enhancements. What you won’t be doing

You will not be confined to traditional marketing or customer success roles. You will not be writing specs or building product roadmaps. You will not be operating in a rigid, slow-moving environment with limited scope. You will not be relying on assumptions without real-world data validation. Product Growth Lead – Key Responsibilities

Drive the validation of AI-powered EdTech products to ensure they deliver measurable academic outcomes through real-world application. Basic Requirements

Proven experience utilizing GenAI tools for problem-solving. Demonstrated success in small, agile team environments. Expertise in building and optimizing acquisition funnels, scaling tester recruitment, and reducing costs per qualified lead. Experience with ad campaigns, landing pages, and crafting user education content. About LearnWith.AI

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
