Responsibilities

• Achieve efficient sales performance and meet monthly sales targets.
• Set sales targets and motivate the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports weekly / monthly and share them with the concerned manager.
• Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.
• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Monitor and manage the attendance of team members.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
