Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality. Ensure campaigns promotional and marketing materials activities are properly communicated and executed to agents timely. Managing the Contact Center Shifts by keeping strong communication with Client Updates job knowledge by participating in client emails / promotions Prepare the relevant executive and operational reports on a timely basis (if required) Ensure follow up calls on complaints through teams to avoid any external complaint.
