Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate market rates and determine fair bid prices for required works.
• Obtain and review quotations from contractors for comparison and selection.
• Ensure strict implementation of safety measures in compliance with PSMCL, City Government, Provincial, and Federal regulations.
• Monitor and maintain construction quality standards as per project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and prepare timely progress reports.
• Complete IMS documentation regularly and track construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and contractor submissions.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software will be an added advantage.

Qualification : DAE (Civil Engineering)

Experience : 02–03 years
