What You’ll Do Lead UX and UI design across mobile and web products Translate rough concepts and workflows into clean user journeys Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma Partner tightly with product, engineering, and operations to shape features Conduct lightweight user research and usability validation Think in flows, not just screens, and obsess over edge cases Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, the works) UX research basics, user interviews, usability tests, etc. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and real-world constraints Bonus if you know how design decisions impact frontend development (React) Hard Skills Portfolio with relevant work, ideally shipped B2B or fintech products Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks Ability to wireframe quickly and polish when needed Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping early-stage features Can turn complex logic into clean interfaces that make sense at a glance Soft Skills Curious mind, always asking
