Manager (Security Deposit)

MBA / MS with at least 04 years of experience or Fresh ACMA

Responsibilities :

Manager (Industrial Security Deposit) will be managing the financial aspects of Industrial Billing. By diligently performing these tasks, the Gas Supply Deposit section contributes to the financial stability of the company and ensures a smooth and transparent relationship with Industrial customers. The breakdown of the activities and responsibilities are as follows :

• Regularly update and maintain the Gas Supply Deposit records of Industrial customers in accordance with the company's policy.
• Engage in effective communication with Industrial customers and Banks for the verification of Bank Guarantee / RLCS renewal and encashment of BG / RLCS.
• Keep track of the validity periods of bank guarantees and RLCs to avoid any lapses.
• Process refund cases of Gas Supply Deposits to final billed Industrial customers promptly and in compliance with company procedures.
