Surveillance Manager is a critical role in our Retail Operations. This position ensures monitoring of stores in more than 20 states in the USA, maintaining steady observation of personnel and patrons. The Surveillance Manager ensures adherence to policies and procedures, including : Store Employees Dress code with name tag Alarms and their codes Safe codes Camera monitoring with troubleshooting Understanding of surveillance equipment The Surveillance Manager must be a team player, willing to manage a team of 50 employees and take direction from superiors. Responsibilities include : Availability to work any assigned shift Assisting with hiring and being responsible for disciplinary actions, leave requests, and performance appraisals of Surveillance members Overseeing trainings to ensure all Surveillance members are fully trained in policies and procedures Verifying and approving time sheets Reviewing and making necessary adjustments to staffing needs Job Specification
