Sales Executive - Real Estate

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver presentations on company products and services. Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer activity. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and developments. Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required. Requirements & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Self‑motivated and target‑oriented. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
