Investment Consultant - Real Estate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Officer, located in Islamabad. As a Real Estate Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals, negotiating and finalizing agreements, collaborating with other sales teams, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market. Qualifications : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Officer or similar job role Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends and pricing strategies Highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales and goal-oriented performance Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve sales targets Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint An understanding of digital sales platforms and how to leverage technology to support sales efforts is a plus
