• To provide excellent customer service while in contact with Clients over the telephone in accordance with the defined SOPs
• To achieve assigned Quantitative / Qualitative targets effectively as per the defined parameters
• To communicate effectively and efficiently, while handling clients online, display strong and effective call management techniques
• To remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, and products offered by the company through Morning Meetings and refresher sessions
• To follow the company policies & procedures submissively
