Preparation of Monthly batch-wise cost sheets, capacity utilization statement and profitability statement for the unit.
Activity wise expense analysis.
Comparison of actual v / s standards and working out variance analysis with explanation / justification wherever required.
Setting up system to collect data from various departments for Cost Audit e.g. Production Data, Labor Utilization, Various utility consumption data etc.
Allocation of variable and fixed cost to the products manufactured.
Inventory & consumption reconciliation for annual accounts and statutory audit.
Monthly report to management regarding Non-Moving and expiry stock at stores.
Planning and decision making on issues related to production and materials as well as involvement in Stock Valuation.
Capitalization entries of Assets purchased during the year.
Job Specification
ACMA or partially qualified.
2-3 years of experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Self-starter / energetic and one who applies creative solutions to opportunities.
