We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise across front‑end and back‑end technologies to design, build, and optimise scalable digital solutions. This role requires technical depth, business awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, remote‑first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications that deliver measurable business value.

Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Deliver clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices in scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro services to ensure seamless integration across systems.

Leverage modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to design secure and resilient applications.

Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including architecture design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Ensure applications align with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system architecture and team productivity.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience.

Demonstrated experience in front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Proven expertise in back‑end frameworks (Node.js, Python, Express, or equivalent).

Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Strong understanding of API design, micro services architecture, and cloud platforms.

Track record of delivering projects in distributed or remote environments.

Exceptional problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Remote position aligned to EST hours (9 AM–6 PM, Monday through Friday).
