Responsibilities

• Msl Control / Inventory Control / Cost Control.
• Domestic & International purchase.
• Liasoning with accounts & Store department.
• New Sourcing product & country wise.
• Prepare import costing, Purchase financial costing.
• Prepare import clearing agent expense and reconcile it.
• Raw material costing.
• Import record maintenance, Update all files record.
• Weekly Stock Taking.
• Maintained packing material, advertising material and international support material catalogue.
• Review weekly juniors Jds and submit to Hr department.
• Daily update to ceo regarding international correspondence.
• Weekly submit suggestions to improve purchase department.
• Follow up of shipments.
• Maintained principles catalogue record.
• Maintained agencies agreement and get feedback regarding targets.
• Safe correspondence record in hard / soft form.
• Keep an eye on competitors and feed back to ceo.
• SRO’s implementation through Liasoning with company lawyer and clearing agent.
• Maintained FTA agreement through FBR downloaded country to country.
• Prepare Weekly Basis forecast.
• During purchase plan in view of market trends.
• Prepare monthly / Quarterly purchase budget Liasoning with accounts & Finance department.
• Maintained email record and parties telephone directory.
• Monthly / Quarterly Comparison report matching with previous month.
• Maintained record of Insurance, Finish and raw material stock.
• Liasoning with insurance companies and banks and achieve best rates.
• Achieve 90 / 80 days facility provides for supplier side.
• Maintained products data sheets, safety data sheets and other related documents.
• Maintained duty tariff item to item.
• Keep confidential all company record related to the department.
• All kind of Import Export Lc processing & follow-up.
• New supplier & Principle Sourcing.
• Maintained LC Clauses handbook.
• Bank limits status & enhancement through proper source.
• Agencies target achieved with Liasoning of finance accounts & Marketing Dept.

Job Specification

Imports Handling, LCs handling, International Sourcing, Knowledge of complete Import Documentation and procedure.
