What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively
source top talent
for roles across Lumida — including Product, Research, Operations, Growth, and Compliance.
Craft
creative sourcing strategies
to engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram, Discord, and alumni networks.
Build and maintain
strong pipelines
for recurring roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to define hiring priorities, role requirements, and success criteria.
Candidate Assessment & Pre-Interviewing
Conduct
structured screening interviews
to evaluate skill, culture, and mindset fit.
Create and manage
interview scorecards
to maintain hiring consistency and rigor.
Protect leadership’s time by ensuring only the most qualified candidates advance to final rounds.
Recruitment Process Ownership
Own the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
— from outreach to closing offers.
Manage
recruiting dashboards
in Asana and maintain transparency across hiring pipelines.
Track KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, sourcing channel performance) and iterate on process improvements.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Represent
Lumida Karachi
with professionalism and energy — ensuring every candidate leaves with a strong impression.
Partner with Marketing to enhance
employer branding
through LinkedIn, newsletters, and local community engagement.
Contribute to
culture-building initiatives
in the Karachi office — connecting hiring to Lumida’s vision and values.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of full-cycle recruiting experience — ideally in
fintech, crypto, consulting, or high-growth startups .
Proven success
sourcing and closing top talent
across technical, financial, and business roles.
Strong
interviewing and assessment skills , with the ability to operate autonomously.
Proficiency with
LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM / ATS tools .
Experience using
Telegram, Discord, alumni groups , or similar platforms for outreach.
Excellent
communication and storytelling skills
— you can sell both the role and the culture.
Organized, discreet, and able to operate under high expectations.
