As an eCommerce Account Manager at AIB Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online business forward. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our online sales channels including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for eCommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage key eCommerce accounts including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace, ensuring optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
