Job Overview : We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Website Manager to optimize our e-commerce presence across Shopify and all digital sales channels, including Shop, Meta, TikTok, and other social commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and creative, responsible for merchandising, product listing optimization, and analytics across multiple digital platforms. You will play a key role in maximizing conversion, revenue, and customer experience across all channels.

Responsibilities :

• Website & Product Merchandising : Manage and maintain the Shopify website, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Optimize product pages, collections, and category layouts for maximum conversion and user experience.
• Implement merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for assets, visuals, and content updates.
• Multi‑Channel Optimization : Optimize product listings and sales performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
• Ensure consistent product data, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement A / B tests, recommendations, and other optimizations to improve engagement and conversion.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track KPIs across all channels (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
• Generate regular performance reports to guide merchandising and marketing decisions.
• Use analytics tools to monitor customer behavior, identify trends, and inform website improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine digital campaigns based on data insights.
• Listing Optimization & SEO : Optimize product listings for SEO, readability, and search performance within Shopify and digital marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate meta titles, descriptions, tags, and structured data to improve discoverability.
• Work with paid media and organic marketing teams to ensure listing alignment with campaigns.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Provide feedback on website functionality, user experience, and customer journey improvements.
• Support product launches, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies across all sales channels.
