Hospitality Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales / Marketing Manager for a Lahore-based Destination Management and Travel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Head of Sales to develop effective sales and marketing strategies, ensuring smooth operations and achieving the company's sales and marketing goals, ultimately driving good business results.

Requirements :

• Experience in the hospitality industry, especially in star-rated hotels.
• Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in renowned hotels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong sales and communication skills.
• Educational background in sales or hotel groups is a plus.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, negotiation, customer needs assessment, motivation, sales planning, relationship building, coaching, managing processes, market knowledge, and developing budgets.
