What You’ll Do
- Sales Strategy Execution : Translate company goals into actionable sales plans with clear metrics and alignment.
- Team Communication & Motivation : Drive daily and weekly rhythms, keeping sales energy, focus, and accountability high.
- Top 100 Customer Program : Lead engagement, satisfaction, and expansion actions for KIDAN’s most strategic clients.
- Opportunity Creation & Tracking : Monitor all key opportunities (CHF 15K+), ensuring healthy pipeline coverage and consistent growth.
- Sales Rhythm & Discipline : Establish and enforce structured review routines — daily, weekly, and monthly — for consistent performance.
- Performance Visibility : Own dashboards, reports, and insights to reveal trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & Development : Conduct monthly training and best‑practice sessions to keep the team sharp and evolving.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to align commercial initiatives.
Who You Are
