Job descriptionBuild and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Provide strategic direction and support to the Marketing & Promotional activities. Conduct regular feedback surveys with clients to analyze their requirements in-depth and to drive / monitor Customer Satisfaction ensuring the customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded. Relationship building to foster Market networking opportunities. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, marketing support, etc. as needed. Manage client contacts in a prompt, efficient manner, providing accurate and thorough responses to requests for information. Assist MD in various tasks and accompany in meetings with corporate clients.
Job Specification
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
