Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Karāchi. The Sales Agent will work closely with new and existing clients to promote and sell company products or services. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities involve presenting product information, participating in training programs, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to drive Sales and meet targets
• Experience in Insurance or related fields is an asset
• Capability to participate in Training programs and improve continuously
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
