Working Hours : Night Shift (7 p.m. to 4 a.m., Monday to Friday)

Job Description : Position Overview

The Director of Investor Relations is responsible for developing and executing an investor relations strategy to attract and retain investors, enhance corporate credibility, and manage relationships with financial institutions, including investment bankers. This individual will serve as the primary interface between the organization and its investor base, driving the company’s capital-raising initiatives and ensuring transparency, consistency, and accuracy in all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors.

Collaborate with investment bankers, financial advisors, and other intermediaries to identify and cultivate new investor opportunities.

Oversee the preparation of periodic reports, press releases, and investor materials (quarterly letters, annual reports, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a related discipline.

Demonstrable track record in managing teams, overseeing branch operations (in the case of retail banking), or coordinating corporate lending / relationship management (in the case of corporate banking).

In-depth knowledge of financial markets, capital-raising processes, and securities regulations.
