Lead Generation Specialist Location :

Onsite, propstar technologies

Work Timings :

7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation :

PKR 40,000 – 80,000 (based on fluency, skills, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international clients to introduce company services and real estate opportunities.

Communicate clearly and fluently in English to engage and build rapport with clients.

Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information.

Handle objections and respond to inquiries with professionalism and confidence.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Collaborate with the team to improve communication and sales outcomes.

Requirements

Exceptional fluency in English — clear accent and confident communication are mandatory.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.

Persuasive, energetic, and target-driven mindset.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Must be comfortable working the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
