Responsibilities
Producing product and service industry specific marketing & competitive background decks to inform the New Business team prior to initial pitches.
Managing New Business and existent business competitive research data, assets and decks for competitive presentations.
Conducting advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses of trends to enhance, upgrade and deepen retention strategies, and to improve customer channel behavior through marketing drivers.
Analyze customer needs, perceptions and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies.
Developing, writing and presenting strategic recommendations and projects that directly address client specific research questions.
Participating in brainstorming sessions that identify new marketing opportunities for clients.
Organizing and maintaining research information.
Staying current on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace.
Job Specification / Qualifications
5+ years experience conducting statistical research and quantitative analysis and marketing research for clients in support of the development of effective marketing programs.
Direct Response experience is a plus.
Proven ability to interpret data and express those implications of analysis.
Excellent analytical thinking - ability to work well with numbers and analyze complex data.
Detail oriented with the ability to see how the details fit into the overall, bigger picture.
Familiarity with industry measurement tools such as; SPSS, Mintel, MRI etc.
Expert at use and sourcing of research tools.
Solid understanding of the advertising / media industry.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation skills.
Innovative and strategic approach to all tasks.
Comfortable and efficient working in a fast-paced environment.
