Order Processing :
Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services. Coordinate order processing and fulfillment operations for prompt and accurate delivery. Customer Communication :

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. Assist in developing targeted marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales. Data Management :
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system. Inventory Management :
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders. Maintain updated product catalogs and inventory levels in collaboration with product management teams. Coordinate Meetings :
Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available. Documentation :
Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements. Portal Management :
Manage platforms such as Amazon, E-bay, and PPC. Reporting :
Collect and analyze e-commerce performance data to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as sales performance and website traffic. Manage new product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate details, images, and pricing. Order Escalations :
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations regarding e-commerce orders.
