Overview

The Pak Alliance for Maths and Science (PAMS) is a non-profit with a mandate to inform and advocate for a learning environment that keeps the interest of Pakistani students at the heart of policy and practice reform. PAMS has conducted research, piloted innovations, provides technical support to government entities, and advocates for education reform. The organization has head office in Islamabad, with Policy Units based in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Gilgit. PAMS engages in research, learning documentation, and community engagement activities that require high-quality audio-visual (AV) recording and photography. To ensure professional coverage of events, learning sessions, and field activities, PAMS seeks to procure cameras, accessories, mobile devices, lighting, and audio equipment. Scope of work

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying brand new and genuine equipment that meets or exceeds the required specifications. Delivery should be made within agreed timelines, with warranties and after-sales support where applicable. Equipment and Specifications

DSLR / Mirrorless Cameras Card Readers (at least USB 3.0 copy speed) Memory Cards (1–2, capable of 4K recording, burst photography, high copy speed) Camera Lenses (Wide Angle) : 28–70mm f / 2 and 16–35mm f / 2.8; suitable for small spaces; zoom lens preferred; low aperture for low-light shooting Lighting / Light Boxes : Ring lights (26 cm–45 cm diameter), at least 7 ft high, with stands and multiple mounts Microphones with noise cancellation : 2 units (e.g., Boya, Rode), effective noise cancellation in outdoor / noisy settings; wide dB control range Tripods : 2 units, sturdy but lightweight, with panning function and phone mount Supply and delivery

of items as per specifications; warranty documents for cameras, lenses, iPhones, and other electronic equipment; user manuals and accessories included with all products; confirmation of authenticity and originality (sealed packs). Vendor Eligibility Criteria

Must be a registered business entity with NTN. Must provide past experience of supplying similar equipment. Ability to provide warranty and after-sales support. Financial proposal in PKR with all applicable taxes clearly mentioned. Evaluation Criteria

Compliance with specifications (technical). Quality assurance and warranty support. Delivery time. Payment Terms

Payments will be deliverables-based, upon successful delivery, inspection, and acceptance of items. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable laws. Timeline

Please adhere to the following guidelines : Quotations should be sent via email to no later than 5 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), 30 September 2025. Emails should be titled : Audio and Video Equipment Any proposals received after this date / time will not be accepted. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. Any request for clarification must be sent to the same email by 28 September 2025. PAMS will respond to all queries (without disclosing the sender’s identity) before or by 28 September 2025. Note :

All charges quoted will be considered inclusive of all applicable taxes. Proposals must be sent to the designated email only ( ). Do not copy or directly email PAMS staff. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. PAMS reserves the right to split the procurement of goods to multiple vendors based on timeframe of completion.
