Java, Spring

and related frameworks, with additional proficiency in

Node.js and Python . The role also requires proven experience in pre-sales activities, solution designing, and stakeholder engagement. About the Role : As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions, guiding development teams, and supporting business growth through client engagement and proposal support. Responsibilities : Design end-to-end scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Java / Spring, Node.js, and Python. Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure efficiency and innovation. Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance best practices. Conduct reviews of design, code, and architecture to maintain high quality standards. Collaborate with sales and business development teams in responding to RFPs / RFIs. Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients. Define scope, estimations, and solution approaches for proposals. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and clients. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions meet business goals and technical feasibility. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including microservices, containerization, CI / CD, and cloud-native architectures. Qualifications : Experience : 10+ years in software development and architecture roles. Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks. Hands-on experience with Node.js and Python. Good understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, messaging queues, and event-driven systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security standards, and performance optimization. Experience in solutioning, preparing technical proposals, and client-facing presentations. Ability to estimate efforts, scope solutions, and engage in negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines. Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular / React) is a plus. Certification in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe). Seniority level :
