We regularly reach out to them via emails, calls, support guides, blogs, newsletters, and forums. You will work US hours in a rotation, with the option to work late hours from home. Our goal is to maximize value and provide stellar customer experience, believing that a value-driven strategy fosters long-term growth rather than focusing solely on revenue. You will play a central role in this evolving space by : Understanding customer requirements quickly, identifying our product's value for them, and ensuring optimal usage

Key Activities Your typical day will include : Onboarding : Working closely with new customers to identify their needs and map them to our product
Account Escalations : Responding to alerts, red flags, health issues, and queries
Renewals : Following up on current-month renewals to prevent surprises
Upsell Campaigns : Driving portfolio growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades
Periodic health checks : Regularly assessing account health to ensure customer satisfaction
Advocacy : Managing relationships, driving feature requests, obtaining case studies, and referrals
Research : Gaining expertise in industry verticals, best practices, and competitors
Sales : Engaging prospective clients for product demos, evaluations, and workflow mapping
