We are rapidly scaling across MENA and the US , and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure they achieve measurable success with Qureos.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage the entire post-sale customer lifecycle onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You’ll work as a consultant to our clients, helping them define hiring goals, optimize job postings, and maximize value from the platform.
You will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across MENA and the US , ensuring they meet their business objectives and renew successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle : Lead onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion across 30+ accounts.
- Drive measurable outcomes : Ensure customers achieve their hiring and efficiency goals using Qureos’ AI-powered platform.
- Act as a strategic consultant : Guide customers on job roles, hiring expectations, and outcome-driven hiring strategies.
- Champion customer advocacy : Represent customer needs internally to influence product, marketing, and sales decisions.
- Retention & growth : Maintain high renewal rates, increase platform adoption, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Track success metrics : Report on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 4–7 years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS, HR Tech, ATS, or AI solutions preferred).Customer‑centric : Ability to understand client goals, manage executive relationships, and consult strategically.Analytical mindset : Comfortable using data (qualitative + quantitative) to drive recommendations.Communication : Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic is a plus).Tools : Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).Mindset : Ownership, speed, clarity, and a builder mentality - thrives in a high-growth startup environment.Why Qureos?
