Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions according to the curriculum and academic schedule.
- Develop, revise, and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and practical evaluations.
- Supervise and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students on research projects and dissertations.
- Conduct original research in pharmaceutical sciences and clinical research, and publish results in reputable journals.
- Provide academic counseling, mentoring, and career guidance to support student development and success.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and institutional quality assurance processes.
- Assist in planning and organizing academic seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote scholarly activities.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives undertaken by the institute to advance scientific knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and ethics in all teaching, research, and student interactions.
