Responsibilities

• Plan & conduct practicals in the prescribed subject.
• Ensure the maintenance of Lab according to cG.L.P.
• Make arrangements and availability of all necessary equipment and chemicals in the lab.
• Make sure the courses related to practical work assigned to him / her are completed on time.
• Record students practical attendance on CMS.
• Generate Store Demand for Glassware / Equipment / Chemicals required for the practical work.
• In case of a malfunctioning of machine / instrument, a Repair Maintenance from to be submitted to the Maintenance Department.
• Assign duties to Lab. Technician / Lab. Assistant.
• Coordinate with the subject teacher regarding syllabus / practical.
• Ensure inventory, breakage, store demand slip, repair / maintenance record, and calibration and amendment sheet record.
