We are an emerging business in the process of establishing and solidifying our presence. As we are still in the early stages of development, we are actively working towards setting up our operations and building a strong foundation. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with very good English to support the CEO. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, enhance personal social media interaction, conduct online research, generate leads, and assist in building a business. Key Responsibilities : Manage the director's Social Media Accounts. Handle correspondence, ensuring messages are relayed promptly. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Lead Generation to gain potential customers. Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. Conduct research and compile information for various projects. Provide general clerical support. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Job Specification
Proficiency in English :
both spoken and written, at a professional level is required. (Interview will be in English) Organizational & Time Management :
