We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This role combines outbound sales outreach with inbound client support, ensuring both new and existing partners receive exceptional service and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (chat, email, phone) during night shifts.
- Assist with sales inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support operational initiatives and ensure process adherence.
Sales
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to generate leads and onboard new carriers.Present WE Dispatch’s services with clarity, professionalism, and persuasive communication.Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach performance, and report weekly metrics.Collaborate with the dispatch team to align sales efforts with operational capacity.Customer Support
Serve as the first point of contact for carrier inquiries, load updates, and service issues.Resolve concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Provide onboarding assistance, documentation support, and account setup guidance.Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth load execution and timely communication.Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).Prior experience in sales, customer service, or logistics preferred.Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
