Backend developer

We are seeking a skilled

Mid-Level Backend Developer

to join our team for the Xdemand / Xiom project. This role is critical to structuring our core backend code within a well-defined framework and developing robust APIs to support the application side. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience working with backend technologies and a strong foundation in Python-based frameworks. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain scalable backend architecture using

Python (Django / Flask) Build and optimize

RESTful APIs

and

GraphQL

endpoints to support frontend integrations Work with relational databases including

MSSQL

and

PostgreSQL Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless application features Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of backend services Assist in organizing legacy code into a structured, maintainable format Implement data models and storage solutions Apply version control and deployment best practices 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in

backend development Strong proficiency in

Python , with experience in

Django

and

Flask Good understanding of

REST APIs

and

GraphQL Experience with databases :

MSSQL ,

PostgreSQL Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

Experience or interest in

Time Series Analysis Certifications in
