Own the Sales Cycle : Prospect, pitch, and close advertising partnerships with brands, agencies, and media buyers Sell ads : Position our ad solutions to meet client ROI goals and drive measurable growth Consultative Pitching : Build and present tailored strategies that show how campaigns deliver results Revenue Growth Strategy : Develop and execute go-to-market plans to win advertisers in APAC and Canada Cross‑Team Collaboration : Work with Marketing, Ad Ops, and Product to refine offerings and ensure campaign delivery matches client expectations Prospect Relentlessly : Build a strong pipeline of advertisers, agencies, and channel partners in target regions Demo & Educate : Run presentations that highlight our ad stack’s efficiency, reach, and ROI Forecast & Plan : Maintain accurate projections to exceed targets Expand Partnerships : Build long-term relationships with agencies, DSPs, and brands to grow recurring ad spend Market Insights : Share trends in ad formats and programmatic buying to refine product direction Who You Are
Advertising Sales Pro : 2–4 years of success selling digital ads (video ads, programmatic, display, CTV). Startup / ad network / agency experience is a plus. Ad‑Tech fluent : understand DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, and publisher dynamics ROI‑Focused Seller : Comfortable tying value to KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and lifetime value Great Communicator : Strong at pitching, negotiating, and educating C‑level buyers Competitive & Collaborative : You chase targets relentlessly but thrive in a team setting Problem‑Solver : Can assess advertiser goals and map campaigns that deliver measurable ROI Native in Target Languages : English Chinese (Mandarin) Japanese Korean Vietnamese Thai Hindi (India) Urdu (Pakistan) Indonesian Filipino (Tagalog) Networked in APAC / Canada : You bring a book of advertiser / agency contacts in these regions and know how to expand it Tech‑Savvy : Understand ad tech, attribution, tracking pixels, and campaign optimization Self‑Starter : Can run fast, remote, and independently Industry‑Aware : Stay on top of ad industry trends—especially around video and programmatic sales Compensation
