Freelance Project : Power System Stabilizer (TSAT Simulation)

I'm looking for a skilled power systems engineer or researcher experienced with

TSAT ,

PSS / exciter design , and

dynamic stability analysis

to assist with an academic project.

Project Summary :

Four-machine, two-area power system

Design stabilizer for one exciter at 50% of steady-state stability limit (Project 1 base)

Determine number and parameters of phase-lead blocks

Implement and tune stabilizer in TSAT

Verify steady-state stability and provide performance report

TSAT simulation files (working setup)

Stabilizer parameters and tuning details

Verification plots and report (~5–7 pages)

Preferred Skills :

Experience with TSAT / PSSE / MATLAB–Simulink

Understanding of power system dynamics, excitation systems, and stability

Ability to prepare clear technical documentation

Timeline : 5–7 days
