Act independently and as part of a team to translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed solutions. Collaborate with Technical Teams, Technical Managers, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts from the businesses to understand, plan, and implement projects. Ensure compliance with security, infrastructure processes, policies, and other administrative / corporate procedures. Ensure project success by providing feedback after reviewing project plans, timelines, estimates, and requirements documents; identify risks and mitigation strategies. Participate in code reviews and paired programming. Take initiative to find opportunities to do things better, faster, and smarter. Focused and dedicated, able to think beyond immediate challenges and anticipate using extraordinary discernment and problem-solving abilities. Contribute to creative idea generation. Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems. Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities and drive the team accordingly. Implement algorithms based on genetic data to provide recommendations. Job Specification

5+ years of professional experience with web-based technologies. Ability to prioritize. Strong skills & experience in complex web designs.
